There were supposed to be given as a house warming present. I saw them on a Lightning Deal one day and the color was perfect for someone I knew, so I snagged them. Unfortunately when I received them at home I couldn't help but want to use them myself.

I thought they would just be good dip/salsa/sauce bowls, but now I find myself and my daughter using them for cereal and microwaved foods too. It is true that they don't get hot to the touch, which is really nice. Plus the inner curved edge keeps all your food inside the bowl, not spilling on you or the table. Now while Green may not have been the best color choice for me, I am enjoying them and yes I did go out and pick up a replacement gift just in time. Eventually I will buy them again (on sale) and gift them like I had originally intended.

Manhattan Portage 1428: BLK Review by Michael Salmons (out in the garden shed)

I picked up the DJ bag so there would be room for LPs (I buy a lot of vinyl), and they do fit fine. However, I bought it more because it's like a messenger bag, but smaller. I never need to carry legal documents so this seemed like a good compromise. It is. It's ruggedly built, made of heavy cordura and seems stitched together well. It's good looking. The strap is heavy weight and wide, so it is both comfortable and secure. I'm a 6'1" guy and wear it like a sling, so the strap is plenty long.

My only beef- and this is very minor- is I would like a organizer pocket for pens and electronics. It has a divider in the main compartment and a generous pocket on the front of the compartment- which is great, I put all of my little odds and ends in there. What would put this bag over the top is a pocket for a phone and an ipod, and a couple of slots for pens. Then I would be in heaven. But this bag is very close to heaven, so close I didn't feel the need to dock stars for the lack of an organizer. All in all I am very happy with this bag and will enjoy it for years to come, I'm sure.

I bought this a while ago when it really cheap for around $35 including tax. It arrived quickly and the bag was exactly as described. I've seen many people with Manhattan Portage bags as it is very popular among students and professionals. It is a simple yet stylist bag that can fit any outfit whether it be formal or casual. I use the bag for almost everyday use now. I bring it with me to interviews, to work, to school, even for hanging out.
It holds pretty much everything I need from a laptop, folders, books, water, and much more. The medium is a very good size and many people will feel that it is perfect. Small is a bit too small and large is huge. Medium is the way to go.
The material and build quality is great. There are no loose threads and the material is able to withstand a lot of wear. Dust and dirt also falls right off with a quick brush of your hand.

I bought this bag for my daily commute to work. Usually, I'm carrying my iPad, a magazine, keys, sunglasses, and other various sundries. When I received the bag, I was disappointed because it seemed way too small, but I was pleasantly surprised - it's much roomier than it appears. I was looking for something in between a backpack and a briefcase that I could use for work or weekends, and this fits the bill. My only complaint is that I wish this had an outside pocket or two for quick access to keys, water bottle, etc. Would definitely recommend nonethelss. Excellent value.

I have been using the AP810 5 micron filters for 10 years. No trace of sediment in our system and it catches a fine clay like sludge. I can usually flush the filter out a couple times and keep using it. They do fail though if you keep doing this so I don't push it beyond a couple rinses. Your mileage is going to vary but I get 6 months between flushes even on a a new will that had significant initial sediment. Flow will reduce a bit once the sediment creeps up to the canister to about half way, but the flow is still useable at that point. This is when I usually flush it out.

i have try many helmets, and asked the bike shop what is the difference between the 200 dollars helmet and the 30 dollars one. and the difference is NOTHING other then the air flow. then i was gonna get my hand on the cheapest helmet there is. since i MTB, skate, roller skate, and other stupid stuff that i do. fox transition seems to be the best choose. i thought i was gonna to settle with cheap walmart stuff until i saw this on amazon for almost the same price. i went with it. and i love it!! i fail couple of time, drop it couple of time, bang on it few time it still like new! prob because i have few sticker on it but im sure we all gonna do that 1st thing we got this!! and it package with sticker on it own!!only one suggestion! buy a size bigger then you normal size this way you can wear your hat under and keep the helmet fresh!!

Helmet looks good and is so light and I actually forgot I was wearing it. If you purchase this, make sure you try both sets of comfort pads. The helmet comes with an extra set that are thicker, and more comfortable. I wear a 6 7/8ths hat size and the small fits nice and snug. Hopefully that will help others with sizing issues.

I bought this product to make jelly and jam. It works quite well. The holes are a little large (as was noted in some other reviews) and therefore tiny seeds do slip through. I solved this problem with a little extra work by running the juice (containing seeds) through a juice bag (these are sold with the canning supplies). That removed any seeds and large pieces of pulp that slipped through the holes in the "chinois".

The only trouble I did notice was during cleaning. Pulp gets caught in the crevices at the bottom of the cone. These particles proved difficult to remove with a wash cloth, sponge or even bottle brush. However, an unused toothbrush did the trick nicely and in short time.

I would recommend the product. Also, it is stainless, which I prefer to aluminum when the utensil is intended for contact with food. I noticed that many of the other models for sale were aluminum. I would recommend trying this product.
